Her approach blends Japanese and Korean Head Spa foundations, Scandinavian organic scalp care, botanical-focused care and sensory relaxation. Drawing inspiration from her Filipino heritage, continued education and wellness traditions from around the world, Stephanie thoughtfully weaves select influences into an experience that continues to evolve while remaining distinctly her own. Depending on the service selected, treatments may incorporate scalp consultation and analysis, specialized cleansing and conditioning, targeted scalp care, steam, warm towels, halo water therapy, sensory elements and relaxation-focused massage techniques. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. For services lasting 90 minutes or more, group bookings, or specialty appointments, 48 hours’ notice may be required. A card on file is required to reserve appointments. I understand emergencies happen and will use discretion for a true first-time emergency; however, repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
